           HomePoints® is a first-of-its-kind loyalty/rewards program for moving households--connecting them with the companies that provide the products and services they need for their move and new home. 

 

            For participating companies, the Network is a marketing coalition that supports a shared rewards program, enabling each member-company of the coalition to easily offer a powerful rewards program.

 

            Through HomePoints Network, the cost of offering a reward incentive, managing the program, and associated risk are all significantly reduced.

 

            Companies representing all categories of goods and services purchased by relocating households are participating.  Network partners currently include Realtor® referral services, moving services, TV, Internet and telephone services, home services (including remodeling) and financial services.  Members earn points from transactions with Network companies, and from shopping through the HomePoints Mall, with over 3000 retailers and service providers.  Points are easily converted on the site for gift cards or cash.  There is no cost to the consumer, and they pay the same as they would without the program.  They receive free HomePoints for doing what they already do! 

 

            The program has the flexibility and technology to allow Network companies to create various reward levels and amounts for cross-sell, up-sell, bundle sales, seasonal and special promotions, and incentives to drive customer behavior, such as timely bill payments.
